Located in central Europe, Germany is one of the largest economies in the world and is a member of the European Union as well as the Group of Seven (G7) most advanced economies. Ties between Malaysia and Germany have long been strong, with Malaysia being Germany’s largest trading partner in Southeast Asia and Germany being among the top five foreign investors in Malaysia.
Objective
The Embassy of Germany in Malaysia wanted to enhance the reputation of Belgian businesses as potential partners for Malaysian corporations, as well as boost trade and investment ties with Malaysia.

Featured the then German Ambassador to Malaysia, Herbert D. Jess on the cover of our business publication, International Business Review, with an accompanying 10-page article on Germany’s economy, businesses and ties with Malaysia.

Positioned then German Ambassador, Dr Guenter Gruber as a thought leader in sustainability by organising a talk where he spoke on the subject of the green economy. We invited other ambassadors and diplomats to attend the talk, and featured it in International Business Review.
