About The Client
KPJ Healthcare is one of Malaysia’s largest private healthcare service providers, and has a network of 28 specialist hospitals located throughout Malaysia as well as 2 hospitals in Indonesia, a hospital in Bangkok and a hospital in Bangladesh. In addition, it has invested in retirement and aged-care facilities in Australia, Sarawak, and Pahang, as well as set up its own senior living care centre in Kuala Lumpur.
Objective
KPJ wanted to reach the next level of growth and expand their reach and renown in international markets. By doing so, they hoped to cement their leadership position in the highly competitive private healthcare market in Malaysia, increase the number of patients coming to their hospitals – in particular foreign and corporate patients, and showcase their expertise as a healthcare management solutions provider.

Conceptualised and produced Care for Life – a dedicated platform for KPJ to showcase its leadership healthcare and healthy lifestyle – which was made available in all their medical centres throughout Malaysia.

Conceptualised and produced publication that showcased the top 25 specialists in KPJ hospitals, ranging from cardiology to endocrinology, gynaecology and obstetrics to oncology.

Conceptualised and produced a commemorative coffee-table book 30 Years Caring for Life in conjunction with KPJ’s 30th anniversary chronicling the development, medical advances and innovations, medical tourism initiatives, milestone moments, and future plans of KPJ Healthcare..

Produced an internal newsletter for KPJ – The KPJ News which was used by the management as a means to strengthen their message delivery to their staff and enhance internal communications.
