The Ministry of Human Resources (MOHR) is responsible for developing and enacting policies to develop, enhance and safeguard workers in Malaysia. This includes fostering a competent, productive and resilient human capital as well as increasing employment and employability in the country. The Ministry currently has 9 departments and 5 agencies under it, including the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), previously known as the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
As it plays vital role in enhancing capabilities of the Malaysian workforce and thus, the socio-economic development of the nation, MOHR sought to communicate its various activities and policies to stakeholders within corporate and government. This is in line with its vision to become a leading figure in human resources development and management in the country.
